All on one level, the villa offers two identical private Master suites with King beds and large en-suite baths, complete with showers and large freestanding bathtubs for spa like relaxation. The expansive Great Room, centered in the villa, features a soaring 20 foot cypress ceiling with entertainment and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining family and guests. In addition, the Villa provides 2 large bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and access to their own full bathrooms and a 5th bedroom / office with Queen bed and desk. All bedrooms are located with easy access to the Great Room and to the expansive deck which surrounds the Villa, 2,500 additional square feet of outdoor living space, leading to the large oceanfront Infinity pool.
